IT'S NOT ALWAYS SWEET! Riesling is one of the worlds greatest white wine grapes and routinely does have varying levels of sugar (dry, off-dry, sweet) aiding its ability to age decades. While Germany is home to some of the most alluring, Washington, Oregon, New York and Michigan are now on radar. Hint: the lower the alcohol, the sweeter the wine will be!
